Hello, I'm french and I have a big problem. Someday, my brother decided to make his horoscope. But now, he received every week many letters from a society "Kalistea" which is based in Switzerland. The last letter he receveid came from a certain "Rebecca". My brother is fragile and these letters contain many messages very frigtening. I am very angry against this society which profits of the human's distress. I know that they are charlatans, but he, my brother, is not able to understand it. So, I want some help. Do you know this society ? Do you have precise informations about it ? What can we do against it ? Sorry for my bad english Thanks to help me

HELP

If they're as good as they say they are, they wouldn't have sent letters to my mother who died 11 Feb 2004.
On 11 Nov 2004 (6 months after her death) a letter from Rachel (sent from Switzerland) arrived at her house (where I'm currently living), and on 15 Nov 2004 one from Rebecca also arrived here.
If you check the letters that arrive from them, you shoud find a bit of encoding on them:
Rachel's letter: U599LM16U, Rebecca's: U532PH10U.
Along with a second number and a third number that also (probably) starts with a "U" - this is his mug^H^H^Hcustomer number.
There had also been previous letters which had arrived from the same return address with encodings (and customer number): U511MA05U, U512SP06U, U513SP06U, U514ND06U which I returned "Addressee Deceased" (03/07/04, 12/07/04, 20/07/04 & 24/07/04, 02/08/04) unopened.
And still they sent them - doesn't exactly say much about their integrity if they're told she's dead and they still send more letters: it just says that they're scammers that don't care for returns and are hoping for a "fast buck"; the people who do respond more than cover the cost of running the whole thing.
Consider how much they request each time - usually it's about £20 (or about 30 euros?). The figure is chosen so that it's big enough that if enough people respond they make a profit, but it's too small for anyone to really worry/be bothered about chasing if they feel ripped off - the cost of trying to get it back far out weighs the value of the money sent.

Dear Sara,
You may print out and show any of the letters and reports on my website, if you think it will help to convince your brother that he is being duped by these business people.
Can you ask his doctor or priest to help?
