These appalling scammers have recently undergone a few changes. Their scam is selling cheap trinkets (the stuff you find in crackers at Christmas) at absurd prices (typically £19.99 plus Postage) on the back of "Prizes" you have "already won" of around £20,000.
They have opened up a new PO box ; Westerham TN16 3YX. This is apparently in addition to Orpington BR5 3YE
They have added "The Precious Jewelry Source" to their names, alongside "Sweepstakes Headquarters" and the "Fine Jewelry Exchange"
They are now posting into UK using the French "La Poste". France Poste does not reply to complaints.

The postcode is on a narrow cul-de-sac off an avenue off the A233. I'll phone some nearby businesses to see if I can discover the identity.

I called Royal Mail about the orpington one. It was/is actually held at their nerby sorting office - it was "non Geographical". I had to be really devious, I invented a "new business" at a nearby code, and enquired where my PIO box would be if I hired one. They were very suspicious of me. But it must be fairly obvious to RM what is going on......
