Ok here are the detailed Western Union Instructions.

As stated we will handle the $400 first..

So here goes.

You visit the Western Union physically and get a "sending money form"

On the form under the receiver's information you have to put the following.

Name: Ryan Smith
Address: / City: Chaguanas
Country: Trinidad

That is all you will have to put for the receiver's info..Nothing more..

Now take heed to this very important thing I am going to say.
On the form there is an option for the Receiver to pick up the funds without ID...so make sure and select that option... Additionally there will be a field where you will have to Set a Test Question and Answer for the receiver.. So you will put this:

Test Question: Favourite Color?
Test Answer: Blue

I hope you understand the above because it's very important you select receiver picks up funds without id and set the test question and answer. Please ask the western union agent to help you with that.

The next step is to fill out all your information in the sender's part of the form...

This is where you will put, Name, Address, Phone Number..

That's it...very simple and the money will be sent to our agent to collect it...

Now when you have the receipt you need to email me all the information that is on the receipt which is : Your name, full address including all zip codes & country, phone number & most importantly the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) number.

Today is Wednesday so try to send this by either Today or Tomorrow (thursday) Latest.

I will expect an email with all the info by Tomorrow ..

Send the remaining US $250.00 asap and email us all the info again..and make sure they set the test question and pick up without id option as well again.

Please also in your reply say how much equivalent to Canadian $ it came up to...the US 400 came up to 548.28 Canadian dollars which is the correct exchange rate equivalent for that day the money was sent...so dont forget to tell us how much Canadian to expect..

This may create a problem if the test question is not set for this second transaction.

You need to let them send it the same way it was sent the first time because the test question WAS SET correctly...

What is happening is an entire break down in our remote viewing teams because of high offers from a certain government.

We are very soory for this and as such you will have to wait a little longer until we recruit new people.

We only have one remote viewer left and she only specialize in checking out the intents of people

According to James Randi, in his book, The Supernatural A - Z(1997, Brockhampton Press), remote viewing is a theory proposed by Harold Puthoff and Russell Targ. It seems that remote viewing appeared to work, but properly controlled tests done by other researchers gave negative results, and that Puthoff and Targ's results were explained by clues left in the reports.
