Has any one else heard of these "people"? (Translation: International Centre of Applied Research in Games of Chance.)
My mother received a letter from them (HQ 13224) last week that I duly returned addressee deceased. Contained in the address window was the coding:
23700789 BU16 FUN3
I suspect that the BUnn [FUxn] is a code describing which letter it is.
Other letters from different sources contain the MID: 000030872, but all have a regular pattern with 2 different codes (eg "-BU05-RUEE" "purports" to come from Christie Owen, "EU33 RUEE" comes from "Olivia Roy", which suggests either a single mailing list source for my ex-mother's name and address, or a single "holding" company with lots of different "trading arms" (aka personae).
(Incidently, Olivia Roy has also cropped up under FUH8-64029608-EU35, though what the letter was about I don't know - I didn't read it.)
