Hello!
It may well happen that you don't get here the answers that you seek. The people who are running this ugly business continually invent new bogus names of famous numerologists, astrologs, voyants, witches, etc. However the internet gives you many ways to research the who, what and where!
The first step is to search the internet with every name and address that you find in the offer and on the envelope. When new names appear that well could be connected with your researches, search with them too, until the possibilities are exhausted.
The astolog, voyant or whatever may have an internet site. This is very good, because then you can search the internet domain registers. The domain registers tell who owns the site and much more. Every internet site is registered in some domain register. You find the domain registers with the keywords "domain register"
Perhaps you now know the name of an involved firm. This is potentially very good, because you can now search the company information in the company register of the relevant country. You find the company registers with the keywords "company register" or "firm register" or "house of companies" or "commercial register" or their equivalents in the particular language of the country you are interested in. Patience helps...
You might well search the international and national trademark registers with the name of the astrolog, voyant, etc. The british library pages maintain a list of trademark registers around the world .
And finally, you can research the internet databases of the various "good business organisations". Some names: Better Business Bureau, Bad Business Bureu, Adverticing Standards Association, Aerger Forum and Lauterkeitskomission. There are many more, if you just can find them!
I wish you happy moments of digging and armfulls of results!
