Thank you, matthew, for this information. The video is excellent, but unfortunately the investigator was not able to find out any more than I have, let's hope that enough viewers are now aware of psychic scams to ruin the crooks. It shows that when the authorities close down a campaign, the crooks start up again under another name, and carry on raking in the ill-gotten money.
I'll see if I can get the Swedish webpage translated, I notice that my website is mentioned in the text about Maria Duval. One place that is registered as an address for Madame Duval, is her house at Callas, in France.

Kevin, Regarding the video report on Marie Callas...from what I've read here on your site, the Australian reporter was incorrect in saying that the man named Tony was the main man behind the Marie Callas business, because in fact the main man is the elderly Argentinian isn't it? So Tony could have been telling the truth when he said he just ran the fulfillment centre there. I hope you do manage to get the Swedish article translated, if so perhaps you could post it here on the site? Some websites were charging over £100 to translate from Swedish to English!

I am trying to find someone who is able to help with the translating. I note that the news item is dated 2002, I don't know why I couldn't find it then.

Kindly translated and summarised by a Swedish forum member:-
"Maria Duval claims to be clairvoyant, and promises happiness, big wins etc. She uses many aliases, even male names. Active worldwide , uses a mixture of promises and threats. Backing her is a company called Astroforce, with head office in London, and offshoots worldwide. Heading the company are Alberto Rabinowitz, an Argentinian and a Dutchman called Albert Koetsheid. Astroforce has been denounced as exploiting peoples weaknesses and credibility.
An inportant part of their business is selling address lists. Does Maria Duval really exist? A woman calling herself Maria Duval was travelling to several countries to publicise the company. Whilst in Sweden she was interviewed by a reporter of one of the two national daily papers-Dagens Nyheter, this was in `98. Made lots of comments, none of which were true, about the reporter and her life. America, New Zealand, and Australia have also warned about her.
An Englishman, Kevin Harrington, has investigated her too, and assambled information on his websites. A German TV channel ran a programme about her and Astroforce in September."

Is anyone able to translate this recent Dutch news article about Maria Duval and the inner workings of the organisation that bears her name and image? www.radio1.be/media/364266/duval.pdfI don't speak Dutch but just by looking at it, it seems like it might hold some good information to help cheated people perhaps get their money back. * Actually, considering that the website address ends in '.be', it's probably in Belgian! ** Also just found this foreign news report video on Youtube, dating from earlier this month, examining the Maria Duval business and interviewing her personally about it. As it's not in English, though, I can't understand it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfnUEhh3CCk

Kevin, about the video on Youtube, whoever posted it on there has made it 'private' since I wrote about it on this message board. I don't know why...perhaps you could try contacting the person who posted it on Youtube? I have found out that 'she' is active in the UK still, as 'Marie Callas' with a PO Box in Aldershot being used.

Just to let you know. 'Maria Duval' is now with Destiny Research Center with an address of 1285 Baring Blvd. #409, Sparks, Nevada 89434-8673. I received a letter from her about the Ring of Re. Which is a copy of the Ring of Atlantis, however since it is broken in the back to make it one 'size fits all' it will never work as she says it will. I don't have any evidence that the Ring of Atlantis works either. Just wanted to update your files with the address and company name change.

Janine, thank you for the information.
The address 1285 Baring Blvd. #409, Sparks, Nevada 89434-8673, is nothing more than a collection point at Mail Boxes, Etc, who have been of service to scammers who don't want their true identity and location revealed, since 1980.

Great to see Duval is out of business in Australia. Maybe that is why she is no longer sending me mail from Australia and is now sending it from Singapore. Hopefully the New Zealand authorities wil do the same as Australia. Mike I live in England and had been receiving letters from Marie Duval for some time until I relied that I had no money to send her but she could use her god given talent for free for me, also just done the same with a letter from Patrick Guerin

All of these are orchestrated by Patrice Runner whose whole empire is based on writing "How to" self help books. He is part of a world wide empire - his 'area' so to speak is Canada and North America, For extra cash he sets ups these scam businesses. Last I hear he was forced to see his superyacht called 'Absinthe' and he ran away to Costa Rica to hide.
